During the historic Canada 150 celebrations, Goodwill Ambassador William Ho unveiled the Chinese lyrics of our national anthem, “O Canada,” to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the birth of Canada.  Members of Parliament and representatives of the City of Toronto and other cities supported and celebrated this historic moment. This Chinese version of “O Canada” means that the anthem can now be sung in Mandarin, Cantonese, and other Chinese dialects.  Many print, radio, and television media attended and covered this historic event.
